We apologize for the first release glitches you experienced. Save the time, save your money, and as an added benefit, don’t give this company your personal information. It’s asinine that I had to pay $20 and the most fundamental piece of the application causes it to crash. I’ve restarted the application and my mobile device multiple times, but it still crashes. Now that I know I need to add it, every time I go in to modify my profile, the app crashes. Right after I downloaded it, I updated my profile info to add birthdays (by the way, Pinstack, why do you need my birth year in your CRM?) but I skipped the phone number because it wasn’t a required field. Thanx for all, PinStack Company and a personal thank you from my best friend Hank and I to "Becca".I purchased a rewards membership today and just learned that you have to provide your phone number in order to earn points (not clear why since you have to scan a receipt). Fine person, and a great reflection upon PinStack by association! I have only had 3 visits/experiences with Becca but all top-notch -other visits equally as good when it comes to accuracy, service, etc. "Becca" caught up with us all the way out across the parking lot, almost to my car and told my elderly friend she thought he had left too much cash for the bill and too much for any possible tip! This fine person "Becca" has proven herself to be kind, honest, and caring and I would like to share our experience the kind of person she is to everyone. Little did I know and my friend didn't know he had left a large bill inside.

My friend gave her the black payment folder with his cash pmt in it. The waitstaff that took our order and made sure every thing was veral times took my credit card and my friends cash for each one of our bills for the meal.

I would like to share my experience today: My best friend (who is elderly) and I ate lunch together at this PinStack location. I frequent this PinStack location for lunch because it not only is across from my business thus convenient but also friendly staff, good lunch values, and clean facility. Pinstack is an established bowling/arcade that will surely bring good business to this area. It's too late to do anything about the space distribution inside. And the space between the bench and the table for players to walk back and forth to the lane is very tight.Īgain, the location is great. The one bench for your alley is not that big. You are basically sitting at the same table with the players at the neighboring alley. The service there was quick and very friendly. We ordered food while bowling and it was typical alley food. Some people may not take that attitude so lightly. I didn't let this ruin our day because we were there to have a good time.

During this whole incident which took about 7 minutes, the manager barely acknowledged us, no sorry, just 'this has been happening all day.", no explaining what they were doing or if we were to wait or carry on. Then when staff tried to fix it and manually pull out the bumpers, they wouldn't go back down. The bumpers would not automatically come out for our player who wanted bumpers. During our bowling session, there was a malfunction in our alley. Staple games are in the arcade including a massive pac man for old schoolers, like myself. The arcade area has a rope challenge hanging above it. Going in, this location looked and felt smaller than the other locations I've visited. Having gone to a different location we were eagerly awaiting the opening of this as it's near to our home. Pinstack recently opened at this location.
